"I saw one of Mary's listing for a rental property on zillow and contacted her immediately she let me know when the home will be showed the following day and I went in to see and loved the home. I put in my application immediately due to Mr. Russo saying they only process one application at a time and then request your information once application and fee is processed which I did. Mr. Russo said that I would receive a email to request background information, no later than the following day. I didn't receive anything and decided to give Mary a call back and she let me know that the reason being is because it was more information required at the same time as the application such as pay stubs so my application had been placed to the end of th pile and someone else had been approved. I was extremely disappointed, she then explained she had another home for rent and I let her know I was at the end of my lease and needed to move asap. She processed my application same day and I was approved. I was moved within 2 days. Mary has great timeliness and I was saved with her time to process and move.
